About me and my practice
I am an experienced Psychotherapist and a Clinical Supervisor, offering a therapeutic experience that is specific to you, which means I may incorporate one or more modes of therapy depending on your needs. As your therapist I work in a supportive, confidential, non-judgmental and empathetic way assisting you to negotiate the therapeutic process, which I believe this is one of the most important criteria for undergoing any type of therapy.
Experience
I worked for over four years as an Honorary Psychotherapist for the South London and Maudsley Hospital Trust and also worked for a number of years as a counsellor/ therapist on a voluntary basis for a large charitable organisation. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to the BACP code of ethics and framework for good practice.
I have been an active public member of Guys & St.Thomas NHS Foundation Trust for the past eleven years. Before training as a Psychotherapist, I worked for many years in the field of media, Fashion, TV and production.
